C-L board debates who should vote on decisions

STRATTANVILLE Which board members can or should vote on issues was the center of the Clarion-Limestone School Board’s Jan. 21 session. Usually, board meetings begin with routine approvals of budget reports and bill schedules and the rare question about a detail or two.
