KNOX Knox Borough Council swore in four members at its Jan. 4 reorganization meeting. Newly elected member Frank Agnello took his first oath of office and council members Tom Goble and Mike Wise were re-sworn in. Also re-elected to council in November was Roger Nulph, who took the oath prior to the meeting since he could not attend.
