BEAVER TWP. Beaver Township Supervisor Arthur “Lynn” Smith wants to hear from township residents regarding police. The Beaver Township Board of Supervisors Feb. 1 was asked to consider an agreement with Knox Borough regarding Knox Borough police responding to emergencies at Keystone Elementary School, which is located in the township.
