KNOX Knox Borough Council Feb. 1 reopened its 2010 budget to adjust for increases to the council members’ and the mayor’s monthly compensation. The proposed change will increase council members’ pay from $40 to $100 (a 150 percent increase) per month and the mayor’s pay from $50 to $100 per month (a 100 percent increase).
