Salem changes permitting officers

SALEM TWP. Salem Township has withdrawn from the Clarion County Sewage Association and will contract with Ken Sharpe of Seneca for sewage permitting and enforcement services. To continue with the CCSA, Salem Township faced a membership fee for 2010 of $550.
