County hasn’t tapped tax anticipation loan — yet

CLARION The Clarion County Commissioners are still sitting on the county’s tax anticipation loan of up to $3 million from S&T Bank at a fixed interest rate of 2.04 percent. That loan has not been needed yet, but is ready to go.
