Report shows 3 percent decrease in county felonies and misdemeanors

CLARION Felony and misdemeanor criminal offenses in Clarion County dropped by about 3 percent from 2008 to 2009 according to unofficial tallies posted on the Pennsylvania Uniform Crimes Reporting System website – if those numbers can be taken at face value.
