PITTSBURGH – Victor Milton Wein, 85, formerly of Clarion, passed away Monday, February 8, 2010, at Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh. Born October 17, 1924, he was the beloved son of Thomas and Sophie Finkelstein Wein. He was married September 2, 1976, to Marion Mandel Blattner and she survives. They were married for 33 years.
