SLIGO East Brady, Rimersburg, and Sligo boroughs and Monroe Township are still waiting for repayment of a loan they made to the Union Council of Governments pool. The four municipalities make up the COG and in August of last year, each gave the council $10,000 to pay contractors and consultants for renovation work at the pool park in Sligo.
