FRILLS CORNERS It was all about zip-up hoodies and why they are banned at school. North Clarion High School student Emily Nugent appeared at the school board’s recent work session to ask the board to revise school’s dress code to allow hooded sweatshirts with full-length zippers. Nugent came armed with a petition signed by 108 students and a number of parents.
