CLARION The BiLo grocery store in Clarion will close March 13, according to a statement released by Tops Markets, the company that bought the assets of bankrupt Penn Traffic. BiLo in Clarion employs about 37 people, including two managers, three fulltime clerks, six full-time department heads, and 26 part-time clerks.
