State Rep. Sam Rohrer spoke to a group of about
35 in Michelle’s Café in Clarion March 2, positioning
himself as the conservative alternative candidate
for governor in the Republican primary. Rorher said
would address challenges in economics, education
and ethics from a conservative viewpoint.
