FARMINGTON TWP. Farmington Township supervisors agreed March 3 to use legal action to collect past due sewerage and water service tap-in fees. Assistant township secretary Lewis Culp has been working through the township’s water and sewerage service accounts to establish a list of customers who have not paid the tap-in fees.
