ERIE – John R. Kerr, 86, a resident of Wesbury United Methodist Retirement Home for the past five years, and a former resident of Cochranton, died Saturday, March 6, 2010, at the Hamot Medical Center in Erie. Born November 8, 1923, in Kingsville, Clarion County, he was the son of the late William I. “Nate” and Josephine V. Keck Kerr.
