FARMINGTON TWP. Farmington Township has received an unexpected but welcomed offer to help with projects at the township’s community park. Chuck Gilbert, a project manager with Glenn O. Hawbaker Inc. of Grove City, was on hand at the board of supervisors’ March 3 meeting to offer help with the development of a football field at the park.
