MIOLA Highland Township has a full complement of supervisors and auditors, following the March 2 supervisors meeting. Frank Liska, a retired industrial arts teacher, sat in on last month’s meeting to get a feel for the position and see if he wanted to be appointed to fill a vacancy on the board.
