PITTSBURGH – Christopher L. McGarvey, son of Sandy K. Lieberum of Emlenton and Mark A. McGarvey of Hilliards has enlisted in the United States Navy under the Delayed Entry Program at Navy Recruiting District in Pittsburgh. The program allows recruits to enter the Navy and take up to one year to complete prior commitments such as high school.
