Study will identify haz-mat loads passing through county

CLARION How much hazardous material travels along the highways and byways of Clarion County? The county commissioners March 9 approved a contract with the firm J.H. Consulting to find out. The hazardous materials commodity flow study, as it is called, is mandated by the federal Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986.
