FRANKLIN – Cynthia Hepler, 63, of Victory Church Road, Cranberry Township, Franklin, died at 5:40 a.m. Thursday, March 11, 2010, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. Born March 20, 1946, in Franklin, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Thelma Kline Davis. She was married October 21, 1981, to Orren Hepler who survives.
