Bartley named volunteer of the month for July

CLARION – Community Action Inc. announced John Bartley was selected to be the Clarion County Senior Corps-RSVP Volunteer of the Month for July. Bartley has been a member of the Senior Corps-RSVP since January 2009, volunteering for Clarion Hospital. His duties involve working at the information desk and assisting with the Clarion County Fair comfort station.
