NEW BETHLEHEM — Final preparations are being made as Clarion County Fair organizers get ready to set up and open the 72nd edition of the annual event on July 25. The fair will run through Saturday, July 31, at Redbank Valley Municipal Park near New Bethlehem and feature a packed lineup of events.
