Frances R. Walter

FISHER – Frances R. Walter, 87, of Fisher, died Wednesday, July 14, 2010, at the Jefferson Manor in Brookville. Born November 28, 1922, in Allegheny County, she was the daughter of the late Floyd Lewis and Blanda Mae Wiser. She was married April 20, 1946, to H. Donald Walter Sr. and he preceded her in death on November 22, 2005.
