CLARION – The United Way of Clarion County is joining hands with the U.S. Army for an upcoming event: a 5K Race/10K Challenge with the theme of “Run For a Hero.” The event is set for Saturday, Sept. 25 at Clarion University Stadium. Registration is at 7:30 a.m. and the race begins at 9 a.m.
