CLARION Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate Pat Toomey said last week he believes he will win in Clarion County and in Pennsylvania as a whole, but added, “We need to win big. ” Toomey spent about 30 minutes with Clarion County Republicans Aug. 26 at the Holiday Inn in Monroe Township.
