CLARION One Clarion County agency recently changed its name in an effort to better serve the needs and wishes of its consumers. As of Dec. 1, 2011, the Clarion County offices of Mental Health/Mental Retardation/Early Intervention became known as the Clarion County Office Of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities.
