Wilson honored at Baldwin Wallace
BEREA, Ohio -- Isaac Wilson, of Tylersburg and a North Clarion High School graduate, is one of four Baldwin Wallace University men's track and field student-athletes to be named to the 2020 Spring Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference team.
Wilson joins 44 other Yellow Jacket student-athletes to be recognized this spring.
In order to be selected to the Academic All-OAC team, a student-athlete must be a sophomore or higher in class standing, maintain varsity status and have at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA.
Wilson, who earns his third consecutive Academic All-OAC honor, is an exercise science major carrying a 3.57 GPA. He is a Dean's List student, Jacket Scholar, and Lifespan Student Ambassador. During his career, he has competed in the 1-mile, 800, 1,000, 1,500, 3,000, 5,000, and 10,000-meter runs, and 4x400-meter and distance medley relays.
