Keystone honors top 2021 seniors

KNOX Corinne Lloyd has been selected as valedictorian and Danae Hurrelbrink as salutatorian of the 2021 graduating class at Keystone High School.

Graduation ceremonies were held Friday, May 28, at Keystone High School.

Lloyd is the daughter of Erin Lloyd and Aaron Lloyd.

During her high school career, she has been a member of the music program participating in band, choir, marching band, select ensemble and musicals. Additionally, she has been a member of soccer and track and field teams as well.

To add to her extracurricular activities, she has been a member of the Student Government Association, National Honor Society and the Clarion County Youth Council. She also serves as the co-secretary for the Class of 2021.

Lloyd plans to attend Chatham University for a master's degree in psychology and a minor in sustainability. She hopes to one day become a psychologist.

Hurrelbrink is the daughter of Dan and Jayme Hurrelbrink.

During high school, she was a member of the basketball, track and field and volleyball teams. In addition to her sports involvement, she was a member of the National Honor Society as well as the Student Government Association.

Hurrelbrink plans to attend the University of Pittsburgh's School of Dental Medicine majoring in dental hygiene.
