North Clarion takes first-place in robotics contest

FRILLS CORNERS - North Clarion Robotics teams competed in the Western Pennsylvania VEX virtual robotics competition on Saturday, April 17.

North Clarion students Andy Castner and Ethan Carll placed first in the meet. The team has qualified for the VEX World's competition held in May.

Other North Clarion teams finished fourth-, eighth-, 11th- and 16th-place respectfully. All participating students worked hard and had fun placing in their respective categories.

In the competition, two teams received additional awards. The Think Award was given to Andy Castner and Ethan Carll. The Judges Award went to Tristian Sliker, Kaleb Wolbert and Braden Ochs.
