The permit was issued on November 8, 2010 and is located directly northwest of West Freedom, PA on the west side of T-870 (Lime plant Road) and North of SR 368 on the property of Joel and Diana Fair in Perry Township Clarion County. Bond release of $37,850.00 is requested for 70.0 acres. Total bond held is $37,850.00. The release area includes revegetation completed in November 2015.
