The following criminal cases have been filed:

lBrandon Kyle Priester, 19, Rimersburg.

Charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, an unclassified misdemeanor; open lewdness, a third-degree misdemeanor; and summary charges of disorderly conduct (making unreasonable noise), public drunkenness and underage possession, purchase or consumption of alcohol at 3:08 a.m. July 22 along State Route 338 in Beaver Township

Priester was alleged found naked on the porch of a residence owned by a 57-year-old Knox area woman.

lDavid James Campbell, 27, Shippenville, and:

lAshley Rashae Switzer, 23, St. Petersburg, and:

lShane Zachariah Gilbert, 20, St. Petersburg, and:

lKayla Joy Stitt, 30, St. Petersburg.

Each defendant is charged with two counts of burglary, a first-degree felony; intent to riot, a third-degree felony; two counts of simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor; defiant trespass and disorderly conduct as third-degree misdemeanors; and summary charges of harassment and criminal trespass July 5 in Beaver Township.

Stitt is also charged with driving while her license is suspended.

The following cases involve summary offenses punishable by up to a $300 fine and 90 days in jail upon conviction.

lDarla H. Friedlund, 55, Knox. Charged with failure to confine a dog in her care July 19 in Ashland Township. Filed by state dog law warden Shelby Collett.

lFrank K. Shoup, 83, Knox. Charged with defiant trespass and harassment at 8 a.m. July 25 along State Route 208 at Switzer Road in Beaver Township. Shoup allegedly went to the home of a 61-year-old Knox woman after being told repeatedly not to do so. The suspect allegedly left random items on the victim's porch and directed explicit comments toward her.

lSonja Shook, no age provided, Knox. Charged with issuing a bad check Dec. 2, 2019, to Tom's Riverside in Knox. Filed by the victim.

lBlayne Harrison McGuirk, 27, Foxburg, and

Both defendants are charged with theft of services July 9 in Foxburg. Filed by state police Tpr. Leopold Cleveland.
