The following criminal cases have been filed:

lKevin Marshall Brumagin Warner, 48, Leeper.

Charged with making terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor; simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor; and harassment as a summary offense 6:49 p.m. Dec. 25 along State Route 66 at Hollow Lane in Farmington Township.

Tpr. William Gerg of the state police barracks at Marienville reports the defendant allegedly threatened to harm a 58-year-old Leeper woman. He was arrested, arraigned and placed in the Clarion County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail.

Earlier in the day (Dec. 25) the defendant lost control of his 2010 Dodge Nitro at 1:42 p.m. along Miola Road and drove off the roadway.

The car traveled about 40 feet before striking an electrical box and a culvert, rending the car non-drivable.

Brumagin Warner allegedly left the scene of the crash on foot and was located a short time later.

Brumagin Warner was cited for five traffic law violations.

lElizabeth Ann Ferroni, 49, Knox.

Charged with theft by deception, a third-degree felony; and issuing bad checks as a second-degree misdemeanor, Aug. 31 in Monroe Township.

lJeremy Christian Francis, 27, Ellwood City.

Charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance as a third-degree felony; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, both as unclassified misdemeanors; and summary charges of failure to yield right of way, careless driving, moving a vehicle in an unsafe manner and use of improper tires, Dec. 20, 2020, in Monroe Township.

Charged with issuing bad checks as a first-degree misdemeanor, March 3, 2018, to Jean M. McCleary in Paint Township.

Charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both as unclassified misdemeanors, Oct. 23, 2020, in Farmington Township.
