Pleaded guilty to summary disorderly conduct at 4:59 p.m. March 4 in Brady Township.
Charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors, were withdrawn. Fine and costs total $271.
lDavid Roger Varner, 25, New Bethlehem.
Pleaded guilty to summary disorderly conduct April 16 in Monroe Township.
Charges of violating the Medical Marijuana Act, a third-degree misdemeanor; using or possessing a small amount of marijuana, a misdemeanor; and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection and driving while license is suspended, both summary offenses, were withdrawn.
Fine and costs total $471.
