Sexual abuse

LIMESTONE TWP. Tpr. Evan Cyphert reports an ongoing investigation of alleged dissemination of explicit images of minor at various times between Dec. 1, 2020, and Feb. 1, 2021, from a location along Deer Hollow Road in Limestone Township.

Minor sends graphic images

TIONESTA Tpr. Steve Ross of the state police barracks at Marienville reports an ongoing investigation involving a minor who allegedly sent and received graphic images with an exchange with another minor Feb. 25 in Tionesta.

DUIs alleged

RICHLAND TWP. Tpr. Ryan Drayer reports a 29-year-old Queens, N.Y., man faces charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance at 3:30 a.m. Feb. 10 along eastbound Interstate 80 in Richland Township after he was stopped for a traffic law violation. The incident report was released Feb. 27.

ASHLAND TWP. Tpr. Jacob Knight reports Michael R. Drzewiecki, 24, Cranberry, escaped injury at 4:08 a.m. Jan. 30 along U.S. Route 322 near Kline Road in Ashland Township when he lost control of his 2013 Toyota Camry drove over an embankment and struck a utility pole.

Drzewiecki was wearing a seat belt and was allegedly under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.

The incident report was released Feb. 27.

Trespassing alleged

MADISON TWP. Tpr. Brain Tanner reports an ongoing investigation of an alleged 10:31 a.m. Feb. 13 incident of trespassing along at a camp along Catfish Run Lane in Madison Township. The victim is a 29-year-old Zelienople man. The incident report was released Feb. 27.

Garbage dumped

MONROE TWP. Tpr. Joshua McGinnis reports a 43-year-old Summerville man faces charges of theft of services at 7:32 p.m. Feb. 20 in Monroe Township after he allegedly placed two bags of garbage in a dumpster owned by Goodwill. The suspect did not have permission to dump the garbage.

Two-vehicle crash

SALEM TWP. Tpr. Joshua McGinnis reports no one was injured in a 6:59 a.m. Feb. 17 two-vehicle crash along State Route 208 at Cropps Corners Road in Salem Township.

Stuart R. McHenry, 44, Clarion, operating a northbound 2017 Ford F-150XLT and allegedly driving too fast for conditions along Cropps Corners Road, was unable to come to a stop before entering onto State Route 208.

McHenry's truck struck an eastbound 2011 Toyota Tacoma truck operated by Benjamin M. Dehart, 27, Emlenton.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Both trucks were disabled in the crash.

McHenry was cited for a traffic law violation.

The incident report was released Feb. 27.

Threat investigation ongoing

TIONESTA Tpr. Brandon Collett of the state police barracks at Marienville reports an ongoing investigation of possible threats being made at 3 p.m. Feb. 18 along River Street in Tionesta. No further information was released.

Bad check issued to Marienville court

JENKS TWP. Tpr. William Gerg of the state police barracks at Marienville reports a known individual issued a bad check to District Judge Dan Miller's office Feb. 22 in Marienville, Jenks Township, Forest County. The suspect paid off the check later that same day. No charges were filed.

SUV hits tree stump

CLOVER TWP. Tpr. Christopher Ramsden of the state police barracks at Punxsutawney reports Deana E. Wright, 52, Clarion, escaped injury at 4:05 p.m. Feb. 23 along Seldom Seen Road in Clover Township, Jefferson County, when she lost control of her 2004 Toyota Rav-4 and struck a tree stump and an embankment.

The vehicle came to rest on its driver's side. Wright was wearing a seat belt. She was cited for a traffic law violation.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.
