Charged with writing a bad check ($5,387 to Legacy Truck Centers), a first-degree misdemeanor, Sept. 16, 2019, in Paint Township.

Issuing a bad check becomes a misdemeanor if it's greater than $200 or if it's the defendant's third offense within a year.

lBrian Anthony Williams, 28, Clarion. Charged with simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor; making terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor; and harassment, a summary offense, Dec. 19 in Rimersburg,

State police Tpr. Joshua McGinnis was dispatched to a report of a woman who was struck with a closed fist in the head by a male at 5995 Route 68 in Rimersburg.

According to the complaint, Williams was not present when McGinnis arrived on scene.

The victim allegedly related Williams had stopped by with his girlfriend and had started to argue with her. The victim allegedly related Williams then came at her, striking her on the right side of her head and leaving a "goose bump" near the crown region.

The victim allegedly related Williams then went to leave, but before leaving allegedly cursed at the victim and said he was going to come back with a gun and kill the victim.

lValencia Shaquana Cragman, 23, Clarion Township. Charged with retail theft (admitted to taking $89 worth of clothing goods from Walmart) at 4:56 p.m. Dec. 23, 2019, in Monroe Township. Filed by state police Tpr. Jesse M. Kochara.

lWilliam T. Kane, age not provided, Meadville. A charge of unlawful conduct (Perkins facility observed to be operating a retail food facility without a valid license) at 9:40 a.m. March 7 in Monroe Township were withdrawn.

Withdrawn charges also include violation of rules and regulations (issues with floors, walls and counters).

lVaughn E. Graham II, 58, Tylersburg. Found guilty of harassment (shoved victim into a bench resulting in minor injury) at 5:20 p.m. Sept. 16, 2019, in Washington Township. Fines and costs are $196.

lNancy L. Hill, 71, Leeper. A charge of issuing an $85 bad check May 16, 2019, to Frills Corners Convenience in Washington Township was dismissed.

lJohn Henry Bush, 43, Lickingville. Pleaded guilty to harassment (shoved victim) at 10:04 a.m. Dec. 4, 2019, in Farmington Township. Fines and costs are $471.

lMary E. Bauer, 30, Fryburg. Pleaded guilty to failure to attach tag to big game (unlawfully moved antlerless deer from location of kill without first securing the proper and fully completed game kill tag to the ear of the deer) at 8:45 a.m. Dec. 7 in Farmington Township. Fines and costs are $201.
