Charged with the manufacture, delivery or possession of with intent to deliver a controlled substance, an unclassified felony; criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance as an unclassified misdemeanor; Oct. 26, 2018, in New Bethlehem.

Brown is also charged with the same set of charges Nov. 8, 2018, in New Bethlehem.

lMarissa Diane Simmons, 25, Chicora.

Charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor; and summary charges of leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property and careless driving, Sept. 4 in East Brady.

lLloyd Joseph Edinger, 53, New Bethlehem.

Charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors, Sept. 6 in Porter Township.

Charged with the theft of lost or mislaid property, grading not provided, Sept. 22 in Madison Township.

The following cases involve summary offenses punishable by up to a $300 fine and 90 days in jail upon conviction.

lJames W. Gamble, 56, Parker. Charged with four counts of harassment Aug. 26 in Perry Township. Filed by state police Tpr. Brian Tanner. One of the counts has been withdrawn.

lJennifer L. Beran, 39, East Brady. Charged with harassment, Sept. 24 in East Brady. Filed by New Bethlehem Police Officer Taylor T. Smith.

lKristy Dawn White, 42, Parker. Charged with harassment at 5 a.m. Sept. 5 in Piney Township.

White was working as a healthcare aid and grabbed a 77-year-old woman by her left hip and pulled her over very quickly while changing her dressings because the victim was not moving fast enough.

The victim told police she was moving her arm around, reaching for something to grab on to because she felt as though she might fall when she accidently hit White.

White allegedly grabbed the victim's arm, struck her on the arm and warned her to "watch who she was hitting."
