Criminal charges filed:

lTiara Easley, 18, Monroeville.

Charged with theft and receiving stolen property, both as second-degree misdemeanors, at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 20 in Clarion Borough.

A female victim reported her wallet and car keys were taken from her backpack while she was at the student recreation center on the Clarion University campus.

The victim reported she found the wallet in a restroom. Approximately $70 in cash was missing from the wallet.

Security camera tape was reviewed and allegedly shows Easley sit down near the backpack and make "suspicious movements."

The tape allegedly shows Easley reach in the backpack and take the wallet and keys.

The surveillance tape allegedly shows Easley walk into a nearby restroom with the wallet and keys and the exit the restroom without the items.

Easley was identified a student recreation center employee.

Easley allegedly admitted she took the wallet, in search of cards or cash to get food. Easley denied she took the cash from the wallet.

lJoseph James Bruno, 31, Clarion.

Charged with two counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, an unclassified felony; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors; and endangering the welfare of children, a first-degree misdemeanor; Dec. 12 in Clarion Borough.

lLacie Renee Switzer, 32, Clarion.

Charged with three counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, an unclassified felony; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors; and endangering the welfare of children as a third-degree felony Dec. 12 in Clarion Borough.

Clarion Borough police executed a search warrant at a Wilson Avenue residence based on a tip of individuals "squatting" at the home.

Three people were discovered in the home along with numerous items of alleged drug paraphernalia.

One of the individuals allegedly told police they had the day before taken Switzer to several appointments and also had picked up Switzer's daughter at another location before taking Switzer to her home along South Fifth Avenue.

The individual allegedly told police Switzer provided $5 and a small amount of crystal methamphetamine for the rides.

During the investigation, Bruno was allegedly seen on surveillance video taken of Switzer's home.

Police executed a search warrant at Switzer's home, forcing open the door.

Switzer and Bruno were found inside the home with a young child and two other known adult males.

Police seized 2.5 grams of alleged crystal methamphetamine, Suboxone strips, a glass device used for smoking meth, a set of digital scales, $348 in cash and numerous items of alleged drug paraphernalia.

Switzer allegedly told police the crystal methamphetamine did not belong to her.

Bruno allegedly told police the crystal methamphetamine belonged to him.

lPatricia Louise Matson, 25, Kittanning, and:

lHarley James Storrs, 26, Kittanning.

Both defendants are charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, an unclassified felony; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors, Oct. 10 in Clarion Borough.

Police were tipped off to people allegedly "squatting" in a house along Wilson Avenue.

The tips included an allegation of drug use in the house.

Police surveilled the house and obtained a search warrant for the premises.

Police entered the house and found Matson and Storrs in an upstairs bedroom.

Police allegedly observed drug paraphernalia in plain view and a drill box with a lock on it.

Storrs allegedly told police it was likely the box contained crystal methamphetamine. In the house police allegedly found scales, pipes commonly used to consume drugs, plastic bags with drugs and/or drug residue, two plastic bags inside a fake cola can and other drug paraphernalia.

lDaniel J. Reinsel, 52, Clarion.

Charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor; and driving after dark without lights, a summary, at 12:05 a.m. Nov. 28 in Clarion Borough.

Police stopped Reinsel after allegedly observing him driving with his headlights and tail lights off.

Police allegedly detected a very strong odor of alcohol coming from Reinsel's vehicle.

Reinsel allegedly had glassy and bloodshot eyes, very slurred speech and staggered while standing.

Reinsel allegedly said he had consumed a "few" drinks before driving.

Reinsel failed field sobriety tests.

A blood test established his blood alcohol content level at .16 percent.

lPaul John Miller, 70, Huntsburg, Ohio.

Charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors, at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 10 in Clarion Township.

Police stopped Miller after observing his vehicle traveling at 85-mph in a 70-mph zone.

Police allegedly detected an odor of marijuana coming from inside his vehicle.

Miller allegedly admitted he smokes marijuana and did not have a medical card authorizing him to use medicinal marijuana.

Miller's wife allegedly turned over a plastic bag to police. The bag allegedly contained a ceramic plate and a small amount of marijuana.
