New Bethlehem man faces numerous charges
REDBANK TWP. Tpr. Tate Allison reports Steven Jon Kunselman, 35, of New Bethlehem, faces charges of theft and possession of a prohibited firearm, both second-degree felonies; making terroristic threats and carrying firearms without a license, both third-degree felonies; unlawful restraint resulting in bodily injury, a first-degree misdemeanor; simple assault, reckless endangerment of another person, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, all second-degree misdemeanors; harassment as a third-degree misdemeanor; and driving under the influence of a controlled substance, an unclassified misdemeanor, at noon June 5 in Redbank Township.
Details of the incident were not immediately available.
Kunselman was arrested June 5 and the charges were filed Aug. 9.
Kunselman was arraigned and placed in the Clarion County Jail in lieu of $65,000 bail.
Thefts in Tionesta
TIONESTA Tpr. Jeremy Bloom of the state police barracks in Tionesta reports ongoing investigations into two thefts that occurred in Tionesta.
In one incident that occurred Aug. 3 or 4, a Dewalt drill and several drill bits were taken from the porch of a residence on Williams Street in Tionesta.
And a tire was taken from a garage on Bridge Street between Aug. 3 and Aug. 12.
