lNicole Diane Slagle, 34, East Brady, and:

lMichael Benjamin Slagle, 30, East Brady.

Both defendants are charged with simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor; and harassment, a summary, Jan. 18 in East Brady.

The couple allegedly were involved in an altercation with each other.

At a Jan. 28 session of Clarion County Central Court, the Slagles each pleaded guilty to a summary count of harassment and all other charges were withdrawn.

Fine and costs for each defendant total $212.

lJennifer R. Millard, 35, New Bethlehem.

Charged with issuing a $474 bad check as a misdemeanor Nov. 25, 2019, to Timothy Murray in New Bethlehem. Issuing a bad check can be a misdemeanor offense if the check exceeds $199 or is the defendant's third offense within one three.

lGerald Joseph Sleigher III, 33, East Brady.

Charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors; and driving without headlights and improper muffler, both summary offenses, at 7:07 p.m. Jan. 17 in Rimersburg.

Police stopped Sleigher for a loud exhaust system on his vehicle.

Police detected a strong odor of raw marijuana in the vehicle.

A search of the vehicle turned up 3.98 grams of marijuana, a pipe commonly used to ingest marijuana, a grinder and a vaporizer.

At a Feb. 18 session of Clarion County Central Court, Sleigher pleaded guilty to summary disorderly conduct and all other charges were withdrawn.
