Charged with burglary, a first-degree felony; theft and receiving stolen property, both as first-degree misdemeanors; defiant trespass and criminal mischief, both as third-degree misdemeanors; and underage consumption of alcohol, a summary, at 12:35 a.m. Feb. 2 in Knox Borough.
Bashline allegedly broke into the Carriage Inn by crawling through an unlocked window.
Bashline allegedly told police he unlocked the window while he was inside the business during regular business hours.
Bashline allegedly took 13 bottles of various alcohol-bases beverages valued at $260.
Bashline also allegedly attempted to access a cash register and damaged the machine in the process and damaged a door and a window while inside the building.
Total damage is estimated at $340.
Bashline allegedly exited the building through a side door, taking the alcohol home with him.
Bashline was located a short time later and taken into custody.

Police allege Jacob Daniel Bashline assault an adult female and an adult male at the beaver Township home, causing injuries to both victims.
