Criminal charges filed:

lMichael Lee Foust, 49, Knox. Charged with strangulation, a second-degree felony; simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor; and harassment, a summary offense, at 1:19 a.m. May 29 in Beaver Township.

State Tpr. Jacob A. Knight responded to a domestic incident in Beaver Township.

Knight made contact with the victim, who alleged she got into an argument with Foust. The argument became physical and Foust allegedly hit the victim in the face, giving her a bloody nose.

The victim alleged Foust also held her down on their bed by her neck, hindering her breathing for about two minutes.

Knight observed marks on the victim's face and neck. Foust was taken into custody.

lSheila Marie Gomez, 28, Bronx, N.Y. Charged with possessing a small amount of marijuana and using or possessing drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors, and failing to drive in the right lane, a summary offense; and

lChanelle Ronica-Marie Kirlew, no age provided, Detroit. Charged with using or possessing drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, May 26 in Beaver Township.

State Tpr. Joshua S. McGinnis initiated a traffic stop after a vehicle operated by Gomez was seen driving in the left lane for no reason for several miles while traveling east on Interstate 80.

McGinnis made contact with Gomez and Kirlew, who was the passenger, and detected the scent of fresh and burned marijuana inside the vehicle.

McGinnis asked Gomez and Kirlew if they had marijuana in the vehicle. Both women alleged they didn't. Gomez and Kirlew were asked to exit the vehicle and a search was conducted. Bags of marijuana, marijuana cigarette butts, a grinder with residue and a digital scale with residue were discovered.

Gomez and Kirlew allegedly admitted the items belonged to them.

lKimberly Mae Belisky, 22, Meadville. Pleaded guilty to harassment (pushed, shoved and grabbed the victim) at 10:40 a.m. May 17 in Beaver Township. Fines and costs are $195.

lHeidi Marie Belisky, 24, Clearfield. Pleaded guilty to harassment (pushed, shoved and grabbed the victim) at 10:40 a.m. May 17 in Beaver Township. Fines and costs are $195.
