Criminal charges filed:

lEric Allen Myers, 28, New Bethlehem.

Charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; and summary charges of driving without a license, driving while license is revoked or suspended and public drunkenness at 3:55 a.m. June 12 in Clarion Borough.

Employees of Sheetz contacted police to report two people acting erratically had exited the store and were sitting in a car in the parking lot. The employees said they were afraid the male of the pair was going to drive the vehicle.

Police arrived on the scene and found Myers and a female passenger in the vehicle.

Myers allegedly appeared to be visibly intoxicated, with bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.

The female passenger allegedly told police Myers had driven the couple there from a nearby hotel about 15 minutes prior to police arriving.

The woman allegedly said she had consumed an alcohol beverage called Four Loko earlier in the evening.

Police allege the woman was very intoxicated.

Myers failed field sobriety tests and allegedly became argumentative, claiming he could not be charged with DUI because he was parked.

The woman allegedly told police they were both on probation.

Store employees reported the woman could not remember her PIN to obtain cash from an ATM and Myers left his car keys on the counter.

Surveillance videos allegedly showed the couple staggering about in the store and dumping into other customers.

Police allegedly found a green straw with white powder residue in Myers' wallet.

lCody Alan Doshak, 21, Strattanville.

Doshak is charged with three counts each of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance as an unclassified felony; criminal use of a communication facility, a three-degree felony; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors, stemming from alleged incidents on April 3, April 21 and April 23, in Strattanville and Clarion Township.

According to court documents, a confidential informant made controlled purchases of methamphetamine from Doshak -- $50 worth on March 21; $50 worth on April 3 and $200 worth on April 23.

Police alleged the deals were set up via cellular telephone.

lAaron J. Dilley, 28, Clarion.

Charged with issuing a $254 bad check March 2 to The Smathers Agency in Clarion. Issuing a bad check becomes a misdemeanor charge when the check is in excess of $199 or is the defendant's third offense in 12 months.

lZachary Lee Buzza, 30, Sligo.

Charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; and summary charges of driving without a license and driving a non-inspected vehicle June 24 in Clarion Borough.

Police followed Buzza after recognizing him as a wanted person and driving an uninspected vehicle.

Buzza stopped in the CVS parking lot, exited his vehicle and started to walk away.

Police ordered Buzza to stop. Buzza was not wearing any shoes and allegedly appeared to be dirty and disheveled.

Police report Buzza was agitated, irritated and was very talkative.

Buzza allegedly appeared to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

A blood test indicated Buzza was under the influence of amphetamine, methamphetamine and norbuprenorphine.

lKirstyn Rae McCleary, 29, Clarion.

Charged with endangering the welfare of children and driving under the influence of a controlled substance, both first-degree misdemeanors, and a summary charge of driving an non-inspected vehicle at 6:25 p.m. June 13 in Clarion Township.

State police stopped McCleary after observing her vehicle traveling along Interstate 80 without a valid inspection sticker.

Police followed McCleary toward Clarion and allegedly observed her vehicle being operated in an erratic manner.

Police observed a 2-year-old child in the vehicle.

Police allege McCleary appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

McCleary failed field sobriety tests.

McCleary's blood tested positive for amphetamine, methamphetamine and norbuprenorphine.

lZachary Scott Hall, 25, Knox.

Charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors, June 27 in Clarion Borough.

the Clarion County Adult Probation Office requested police come to the office after Hall allegedly appeared for a routine appointment under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

A search of Hall's vehicle allegedly turned up a vial with methamphetamine residue.

A blood test indicated positive for recent meth use.

lJillian Dawn Judkins, 26, Clarion. Charged with harassment (allegedly made harassing calls to a male victim) at 11:41 a.m. July 17 in Clarion Borough. Filed by Clarion Borough Police Officer Neal Kemmer.

lGregory Guerra, 64, Clarion. Charged with retail theft (a can of alcohol beverage) July 19 at Sheetz in Clarion Borough. Filed by Clarion Borough Police Officer Roger Wright.
