Charged with making false reports of child abuse, a second-degree misdemeanor; and making false reports of an incident that did not occur, a third-degree misdemeanor, Nov. 22, 2019, in New Bethlehem.

Police allege Kellogg told police a known adult male physically assaulted a male juvenile victim.

Police allege the statements made by Kellogg to police were false.

lAlex Jonathon Schill, 34, Rimersburg.

Charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor; and summary charges of failure to keep right, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving at 1:04 a.m. Oct. 26, 2019, in Rimersburg.

Police stopped Schill after allegedly observing his vehicle cross the center line several times.

Approaching the vehicle, police allegedly observed a six-pack of beer in the bed of the truck with one can missing.

Police allegedly detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from inside the truck cab.

Schill allegedly failed field sobriety tests. A portable breath test indicated Schill had consumed alcohol.

A blood test established his blood alcohol content level at .156 percent.

lKimberly Ann Johnson, 37, Sligo.

Charged with simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor, and harassment, a summary, at 7:45 a.m. Jan. 13 in Sligo.

Police responded to a reported domestic violence incident and were told by a male victim he and Johnson were involved in a verbal altercation concerning photos she allegedly sent to another man.

The male victim said the argument turned physical and Johnson punched him the face.

The male victim allegedly admitted he shoved Johnson.

The male victim suffered minor injuries to his face.

At a Jan. 21 session of Clarion County Central Court, Johnson pleaded guilty to summary harassment and all other charges were withdrawn. Fine and costs total $311.

lBrian William Ochs, 56, Sligo, and:

lLaura Fern Anthony, 56, Sligo.

Both defendants are charged with simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor, and harassment, a summary, Jan. 13 in Piney Township.

Police responded to a domestic violence incident.

Ochs and Anthony allegedly were involved in an argument that turned physical as Anthony was moving her belongings out of the couple's home.

Ochs allegedly kicked Anthony in the ribs her to fall and strike her head on a hard object. The fall caused a cut to Anthony's head.

Anthony told police Ochs struck her in the face multiple times.

Ochs told police Anthony struck him in the face several times and kicked him in the leg and groin area.

Anthony was transported to Clarion Hospital for treatment of her injuries.
