Theft of services

REDBANK TWP. Tpr. David McBride reports a known suspect faces charges of theft of services at 7:55 p.m. Feb. 24 along State Route 28 in Redbank Township after he allegedly placed four bags of garbage into a dumpster he was not authorized to use.

The suspect's alleged actions were caught on videotaped surveillance. The victim is a 53-year-old Mayport woman.

Two-vehicle crash

CLARION TWP. Tpr. Joshua McGinnis reports no one was injured in a 9:18 p.m. Feb. 20 two-vehicle crash along South Fifth Avenue at Bauer Road in Clarion Township.

Elizabeth A. Wilson, 21, Oil City, operating a 2009 Toyota Corolla, allegedly turned left out of Bauer Road and into the path of a northbound 2013 Chevrolet Malibu operated by a 17-year-old Clarion woman. The vehicles collided.

Wilson, and her passenger, Bailey E. Andrews, 21, Oil City, were wearing seat belts. Wilson was cited for a traffic law violation.

The Clarion woman and her passengers, Victoria M. Vega, 18, Shippenville, and a 14-year-old Clarion girl, were wearing seat belts.
