Child abuse investigation
PERRY TWP. Tpr. Katherine Berggren reports an ongoing investigation of alleged child abuse in 2020 along Stephens Road in Perry Township. No further information was released.
BEAVER TWP. -- Tpr. Katherine Berggren reports an ongoing investigation of alleged child abuse between April 19 and Nov. 19 at an undisclosed location in Beaver Township. The victims are two females, ages 9 and 17.
Hot tub vandalized
BEAVER TWP. Tpr. Michael Stutsman reports someone damaged a hot tub sometime between Dec. 24 and 25 along Tippecanoe Road in beaver Township. The tub is valued at $16,000. The victim is a 50-year-old Knox man.

MONROE TWP. Tpr. Michael Stutsman reports David P. Hartzell, 42, Shippenville, suffered suspected minor injuries at 5:59 p.m. Dec. 25 along State Route 68 in Monroe Township when he lost control of his 2004 Subaru Legacy and struck a ditch and several small trees.
Hartzell was wearing a seat belt. He was cited for a traffic law violation.
FARMINGTON TWP. Tpr. Marini of the state police barracks at Marienville reports an ongoing investigation of alleged trespassing at 10:18 a.m. Dec.16 along Tylersburg Road in Farmington Township. The victim is a 59-year-old Leeper man.
Vehicle crashes into stream
FARMINGTON TWP. Tpr. Ian Ostrowski of the state police barracks at Marienville reports Gage E. James, 18, Oil City, escaped injury at 9:55 a.m. Dec. 27 along Sunny Road in Farmington Township when he lost control of his 2020 GMC Arcadia and drove off the roadway and into a stream.
James was wearing a seat belt. He was cited for a traffic law violation.
CLARION TWP. Tpr. Michael Stutsman reports an ongoing investigation into alleged theft at 11:02 a.m. Dec. 28 along Kingsville Road in Clarion in Clarion Township. The victim is an 83-year-old Strattanville woman. The incident report is listed as a theft by deception.
MADISON TWP. Tpr. Patrick Berggren reports no one was injured in an 11:29 a.m. Dec. 23 two-vehicle crash along State Route 68 at Sandy Hollow Road in Madison Township.
Rozina M. McCanna, 20, East Brady, operating a 2011 Subaru Impreza, allegedly pulled out of Sandy Hollow Drive and intro the path of a 2001 Nissan Altima operated by Ty M. Hedrick, 22, Rimersburg, and the vehicles collided.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts. McCanna was cited for a traffic law violation.
