Criminal charges filed:
lTrent Andrew Corle, 27, Rimersburg. Charged with resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor and disorderly conduct, a third-degree misdemeanor, at 8:33 p.m. Jan. 19 in Monroe Township.
State police troopers were notified to be on the lookout for a male who escaped from the psych center located at 2 Hospital Drive, Monroe Township.
Information provided to troopers indicated the male's name was Trent Andrew Corle and he had an active 302 arrest warrant.
Tpr. Timothy Reilly was updated Corle had ran into the woods by the hospital. Reilly was traveling north on State Route 68 intersecting Perkins road when Tpr. Ryan T. Wilson related a male was walking on the on-ramp to Interstate 80 west at exit 62.
After traveling down the on-ramp, Reilly observed Corle wearing a brown coat and hospital socks. Reilly pulled behind Corle, but Corle was jogging down the berm of the road. Reilly pulled alongside Corle and attempted to place the patrol vehicle in front of him.
Reilly then exited the patrol vehicle and instructed Corle to stop. Corle attempted to run around Reilly, dropping his shoulder and pulling away. Reilly grabbed Corle's jacket and Corle pulled out of the jacket. Reilly then chased Corle on foot into the right travel lane of the interstate.
Reilly drew his taser and deployed it on Corle, who then became incapacitated and fell onto his right side. Corle then allegedly related he was done and wouldn't move.
Reilly grabbed Corle by his right arm and pulled him off the roadway. Corle was placed in handcuffs and transported to the Clarion Hospital for a full evaluation. Filed by Reilly.
lGavin Nathaniel Presto, 20, Lickingville.
Charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, a felony; possession of a small amount of marijuana, a misdemeanor; use and/or possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor; and corruption of minors, a first-degree misdemeanor, at 4:48 p.m. Jan. 28 in Washington Township.
State police Cpl. Douglas Wolbert and Tpr. Michael J. Salusky III responded to a call along State Route 66 near Matt's Beer barn for a juvenile in medical distress.
Salusky interviewed a known 15-year-old male in the back of an ambulance. Salusky also interviewed a known juvenile 13-year-old male near the ambulance.
Both known juveniles allegedly identified a clear plastic bag containing suspected marijuana as an item that the known 15-year-old male purchased from Presto at his residence at 2751 Lickingville Road.
According to the complaint, both known juveniles allegedly related they went to Presto's residence at 3:47 p.m. to purchase marijuana. Upon arrival, the known 15-year-old juvenile allegedly asked Presto if he "had the stuff" to which Presto allegedly responded "yeah" and led them into residence.
Presto then allegedly retrieved the clear plastic bag containing suspected marijuana from a dresser inside the bedroom and gave it to the known 15-year-old juvenile. The known 15-year-old then allegedly paid Presto with a $50 bill.
Presto then allegedly offered to smoke marijuana with both known juveniles from a bong to which all three allegedly did take part.
The known 15-year-old juvenile then allegedly used the bong containing suspected marijuana a second time before using a vape pen provided by Presto.
According to the complaint, the known 15-year-old juvenile then began to feel ill, but Presto allegedly told both known juveniles not to call 9-1-1.
At approximately 4:05 p.m., both known juveniles left Presto's residence. On the way home, the known 15-year-old juvenile fell ill and medical attention was sought.
The suspected marijuana was taken to the state police Marienville barracks where it tested positive as marijuana.
The known 13-year-old juvenile allegedly admitted to being familiar with marijuana and allegedly verified that the drug in the bong and in the clear plastic bag provided by Presto was marijuana.
The known 13-year-old juvenile stated Presto had allegedly indicated that he had more marijuana at his residence.
A search warrant was served at Presto's residence at approximately 8:43 p.m. Jan. 28. According to the complaint multiple items of drug paraphernalia were found in Presto's room. A $50 bill as used by the known 15-year-old juvenile to purchase the marijuana was found inside a wallet Preston allegedly identified as belonging to him.
Presto was taken in custody at approximately 9:27 p.m. and transported to the Marienville-based state police barracks for processing. Filed by Salusky.
