Charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor; and summary charges of driving an unregistered vehicle, disregard of traffic lane, failure to notify state of address change, failure to use a seatbelt, possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, careless driving, reckless driving, violation of hazard regulations, interference of an investigation by a police officer, failure to carry registration, driving without insurance and violation of location of registration, at 1:55 a.m. March 4 along U.S. Route 322 at Kiser-Wagner Road in Paint Township.

McCall was stopped for a traffic law violation and allegedly found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

lGeorge Livingston Gorsuch, 64, Clarion. Charged with disorderly conduct at 10:45 a.m. March 26 at the Clarion Hospital Emergency Room in Monroe Township. Gorsuch allegedly arrived at the emergency room and became upset and "caused a scene" in the waiting room. The suspect allegedly commented as he left that "he has an AR-15 at home and someday he was going to use it." Filed by state police Tpr. Kyle Freeman.
