Criminal charges filed:
lKathy Jean Kramer, 45, Fairmount City.
Charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; and summary charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness at 2:09 a.m. June 13 along State Route 66 in Limestone Township.
A Limestone Township resident notified police a woman later identified as Kramer had arrived at her home in a white Ford Explorer and then went to a neighbor's house and was shouting and pounding on the door.
State police arrived at the scene and encountered Kramer who was allegedly intoxicated.
lBrett C. Murphy, 19, Rimersburg.
Charged with simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor, at 6:15 p.m. June 14 in Toby Township.
Police responded to a reported physical altercation.
Murphy allegedly told police he was in a rage and struck a male victim in the head.
A fight ensued and both participants down an embankment and into a pond.
Murphy told police he suffered an injury to his shoulder.
The other man was transported to Clarion Hospital for treatment of several lacerations.

lKimberly Dawn Johnson, 40, Mayport.
Charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor; and summary charges of failure to carry registration, careless driving, failure to keep right, disregard of traffic lane, possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and failure to wear seat belts at 3:04 a.m. June 28 along Kerr and Kemmer roads in Limestone Township after she was stopped for several traffic law violations.
A blood test established her blood alcohol content level at .144 percent.

lEric Matthew Nitowski, 23, Natrona.
Charged with statutory sexual assault, a second-degree felony; corruption of minors and possession of child pornography, both third-degree felonies, at 2 a.m. June 29 in Redbank Township.
Nitowski was allegedly discovered having sex with a known juvenile female.
Nitowski allegedly told police he met the girl through a dating "app." Nitowski allegedly admitted meeting the girl in Clarion and Armstrong counties and having sex with girl knowing she was underage.
Nitowski also allegedly admitted to having sexually explicit photos of the girl on his phone.

lAudra Lorraine Bright, 36, New Bethlehem.
Charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, both as unclassified misdemeanors, at 4:17 p.. June 1 in New Bethlehem.
Police stopped a vehicle in which Bright was riding after observing an expired inspection sticker on the vehicle.
Police allege the driver appeared to be very nervous and excessively sweating.
Police allege Bright, a passenger in the rear seat, appeared to be under the influence of a drug.
The driver of the vehicle allegedly told police they were giving bright a ride.
The driver of the car and another passenger allegedly left the scene in the car, leaving Bright behind.
Bright allegedly consented to a search of a wallet she was carrying and keeping clinched in her hand.
Police allegedly found three plastic bags containing heroin, one empty bag and a cut straw.
Bright allegedly told police she snorts heroin.

lLogan Rilee Parrish, 22, Clarion.
Charged with making terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor; harassment as a third-degree misdemeanor; and harassment as a summary offense at an unspecified time July 9 along Caldwell Road in Limestone Township.
Police responded to a report of alleged harassment. A female victim told police Parrish threatened via text and telephone message that he would harm her and burn her house down.
Police read and heard the messages.

Both defendants are charged with simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor, and harassment, a summary, at 7:44 a.m. July 12 in Porter Township.
Police allege the couple was involved in a physical altercation with each other. Both defendants suffered minor injuries.
