LIMESTONE TWP. Tpr. Joshua Bauer reports an ongoing investigation into the alleged indecent assault of an 8-year-old Clarion girl Dec. 18, 2019, along Love and Settlers roads in Limestone Township.
DUI s alleged
CLARION TWP. Tpr. Dylan Jarrett reports a 49-year-old Knox man faces charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance at 4:41 p.m. Oct. 4 along Carney Road in Clarion Township after he was stopped for a traffic law violation.
HIGHLAND TWP. Tpr. Stephanie Graham reports a 19-year-old Tionesta man faces charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance at 2:40 a.m. Oct. 4 along Miola Road in Highland Township after he was stopped for a traffic law violation.
REDBANK TWP. Tpr. Jacob Beers reports Kevin M. Brumagin Warner, 48, Leeper, faces charges of driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:33 a.m. Oct. 5 along Brookville Street (State Route 28) in Redbank Township after he lost control of his 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, drove off the roadway, struck a sign, several bushes and a parked 2007 Jeep Patriot.
Brumagin Warner was wearing a seat belt and suffered suspected minor injuries.
PAINT TWP. Tpr. Stephen Galmarini reports a 51-year-old Akron, Ohio, man faces charges of driving under the influence of alcohol at 6:15 p.m. Oct. 4 along westbound Interstate 80 in Paint Township after he was discovered parked along the roadway and asleep behind the wheel of his vehicle.
MONROE TWP. Tpr. Stephen Galmarini reports a 16-year-old Clarion mal, a 27-year-old Clarion man and a 32-year-old Knox woman all face charges of making terroristic at 9:18 p.m. Oct. 3 along South Second Avenue in Monroe Township after they were involved in an altercation with each other over dog food.
The investigation is ongoing.
Political sign damaged by truck
PAINT TWP. Tpr. Ryan Drayer reports the driver of a white Ford F-250 diesel truck drove over a political sign along Ridgewood Drive at 8:29 p.m. Oct. 2 in paint Township.
Damage is estimated at $70.

CLARION TWP. Tpr. Ryan Drayer reports a 58-year-old Strattanville man faces charges of harassment at 10:04 a.m. Oct. 3 along Staab Road in Clarion Township after he allegedly was involved in an incident with a 55-year-old Strattanville man.
SLIGO Tpr. Tate Allison reports a 35-year-old Brookfield, Ohio, man faces charges of criminal mischief at 4:48 p.m. Oct. 5 along Lyon Street in Sligo after he allegedly damaged the ignition system on a 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo owned by a 45-year-old Emlenton man.
Teen driver crashes
ST. PETERSBURG Tpr. Ryan Drayer reports a 17-year-odl male driver from Freeport escaped injury at 5:23 p.m. Oct. 4 along East Main Street in St. Petersburg when he lost control of his 2001 Chevrolet Malibu, drove off the roadway and struck three utility poles.
The driver was wearing a seat belt. He was cited for a traffic law violation Emlenton Area Ambulance Service assisted at the scene.
SLIGO Tpr. Leopold Cleveland reports no one was injured in a 2:14 p.m. Oct. 2 two-vehicle crash along State Route 68 in Sligo.
Dennis R. Corbett, 77, Petrolia, stopped his 2015 Ford F-150 XLT truck for traffic turning in front of his and was struck from behind by a 2012 Ford Escape operated by Roy E. Summerville, 76, Rimersburg.
Corbett and his passenger, Veronica K. Williams, 67, Petrolia, were wearing seat belts. Summerville was not wearing a seat belt.
SUV hits deer
CLARION TWP. -- Tpr. Leopold Cleveland reports Judith A. Remak, 56, Thornhurst, and her three passengers escaped injury at 5:54 p.m. Oct. 3 along eastbound Interstate 80 in Clarion Township when their 2017 Dodge Durango struck a deer on the roadway. All occupants of the vehicle were wearing seat belts.
HOWE TWP. Tpr. Zachary Weaver of that state police barracks at Marienville reports two male suspects, ages 16 and 17, at the Abraxas Center in Howe, Township, Forest County, face various charges at 5:05 p.m. Oct. 3 after they allegedly assaulted a 30-year-old male employee at the center.
The victim suffered a broken ankle and was treated for a possible concussion.
