Criminal charges filed:

lKeith McCall, 60, New Bethlehem.

Charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor; and careless driving, a summary, at 9:17 p.m. Oct. 11 at the intersection of Olean Trail and Cottage Hill Road in Porter Township.

Police responded to a one-vehicle crash and determined McCall was the driver of the crashed vehicle.

McCall allegedly had an odor of alcohol on his breath and bloodshot and glassy eyes. McCall allegedly appeared unsteady on his feet and repeated himself when talking.

A blood test established his blood alcohol content level at .261 percent.
