Teen reported missing
MADISON TWP. Tpr. Tate Allison reports Melae H. Janis, a 15-year-old female from Rimersburg, was reported missing from her home at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 3 in Madison Township.
She is described as five-feet, one-inch tall and weighing 116 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Hit and run driver hits mower operator
LIMESTONE TWP. Tpr. Tate Allison reports James L. Henry, 62, Clarion, suffered suspected minor injuries at 2:37 p.m. Sept. 3 along State Route 66 in Limestone Township when the operator of a 2005-2010 Volkswagen Jetta drove off the roadway and struck Henry while he was operating a Cub Cadet lawnmower.
The driver of the Volkswagen drove away from the scene in a northbound direction.
The suspected involved vehicle is missing its right-side mirror.

Crash injures two
CLARION TWP. Tpr. Michael Stutsman reports two people were injured in a 6:11 p.m. Aug. 29 two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Waterson Road and State Route 66 in Clarion Township.
Dustin A. Reed, 34, Shippenville, operating a 2001 Honda Civic, allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign and entered onto State Route 66 from Waterson Road.
Reed's vehicle was then struck by a northbound 1985 Navistar truck operated by Doyle L. Freeman, 61, Cherry Tree.
Reed's car then rolled over, ejecting Reed, who was not wearing a seat belt.
Reed suffered suspected serious injuries. A 9-year-old female passenger in the car was wearing a seat belt and she sustained minor injuries.
Reed was cited for a traffic law violation.
Freeman was wearing a seat and was not injured.
Teen injured in vehicle crash
CLOVER TWP. Tpr. Alexis Stitt of the state police barracks at Punxsutawney reports a 17-year-old New Bethlehem female sustained suspected minor injuries at 4:38 p.m. Sept. 6 along State Route 28 in Clover Township, Jefferson County, when she lost control of her 2003 Toyota Tacoma truck and struck an embankment.
The truck then rolled over two times. The vehicle was disabled in the crash. The driver was wearing a seat belt. She was cited for a traffic law violation.
